These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vr9 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Misuse of bonus funds, including arbitrage or abuse strategies, will result in forfeiture.

A registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, subject to identity verification and these Terms.
Deposits, winnings, and bonus credits held within a Player's Account balance, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by vr9 to Players, subject to specific bonus terms.
The minimum total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.

Access to and use of the vr9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent that, at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: vr9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended and any funds held pending review. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the vr9 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. vr9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at vr9's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete identity verification in accordance with our KYC procedures. Documents typically requested include:
vr9 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24–48 hours from the date of complete document submission. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC review is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. vr9 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify vr9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
vr9 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit is RM30; maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your vr9 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. vr9 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose fees of their own that are outside vr9's control.

All transactions on the vr9 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. vr9 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by vr9 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds must be wagered in full at least the number of times specified in the relevant offer before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be bet twenty (20) times in aggregate before a withdrawal request relating to those funds will be approved.
While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. This limit is stated in the relevant bonus terms and is typically RM25–RM50 per spin or hand. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while using bonus funds constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the wagering requirement. Table games, live casino games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely from contributing to wagering requirements. All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the specific offer terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus expiry dates are displayed in your account dashboard.
vr9 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close the accounts of any Players who, in vr9's reasonable judgment, are engaging in bonus abuse strategies. These include but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion with other Players.
One welcome bonus per household, per IP address, per payment method, and per device. vr9 reserves the right to cancel duplicate bonus claims at its sole discretion.
All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. vr9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are published in the game information panel for each slot title. vr9 makes no warranty as to the outcome of any individual game session.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other sporting events — are offered at odds set by vr9 at its sole discretion. vr9 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error in odds, system malfunction, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
In the event of a disconnection during a game, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection. vr9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a disconnection where the cause is attributable to the Player's internet connection or device.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting the Platform, vr9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. This is not negotiable. "Wins" recorded as a result of a system error do not constitute valid winnings.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vr9 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:
vr9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or circumstances that threaten the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
You may request the closure of your vr9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any outstanding bonus credits will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of an account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Legitimate, verified funds held in your account at the time of closure (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via the payment method on record, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vr9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
vr9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the vr9 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. vr9 does not guarantee winnings. Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revision, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vr9 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Malaysian users under any mandatory applicable consumer protection legislation in Malaysia that cannot be excluded by contract.
